I am an integrative psychotherapist whose approach is rooted in psychodynamics and complemented by evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. With over two decades of teaching experience, I help clients understand the mechanics of their challenges and empower them to take effective action. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Montclair State University, and a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice from Columbia University.
I offer one-to-one sessions grounded in a collaborative, structured process that prioritizes clarity and forward movement. I refrain from motivational rhetoric and surface-level insight, in favor of deep exploration using skillful inquiries, psychoeducation, and clinically grounded frameworks. By leveraging my pedagogical background, I equip you to identify and dismantle limiting patterns, develop new perspectives, and build resilience. Our sessions are tailored to your needs and are anchored in practical tools with clear action steps between sessions to support your self-sufficiency, sovereignty, and the ability to sustain change beyond our time together.
If you are ready to do real work, value honest feedback, and are willing to be challenged with depth and integrity—our work together is for you. This is a direct, focused process that moves you beyond old patterns through careful reflection, practical application, and a willingness to confront what is no longer serving you. The goal is not temporary relief or insight for its own sake, but meaningful and authentic change in how you relate to yourself, your relationships, and your life. If you are serious about stepping into your full potential and committing to that transformation, reach out and let’s get to work.
